Alarm Technology Solutions, Inc. provides a 30-day, no questions asked,
money back guarantee on our products. If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase simply notify us by email
or phone and we will issue you a full refund. No charge for restocking
provided the returned items are in new condition.
The following terms apply:
You must return all items to us within 30 days of your purchase.
Any returned products must be in like new condition and must include
any and all packaging material.
Packaging material cannot be torn or damaged in any way.
Manuals and or warranty cards must be un-used and unmarked,
You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
When
we receive the returned merchandise in accordance with the above,
we will issue a credit to your credit card.
Disclaimer of implied warranties including warranty of merchantability:
Alarm Technology Solutions, Inc.("Vendor") Warrants, for
the benefit of customer only, that at the time of sale to the customer,
the equipment being sold is new. ATS,Inc. shall have no obligation
to correct or otherwise remedy any non-conformity or defect in the
equipment, if (1) the equipment is not properly installed in a suitable
operating environment; (2) the equipment is not properly maintained
and operated under normal conditions by qualified personnel; (4) customer
has not notified vendor promptly upon discovery of any nonconformity
or defect (or other breach). Under no circumstance shall Vendor be
liable to Customer for any loss of profits, any incidental, special,
exemplary, or consequential damages, or any claims or demands brought
against Customer by any other party, even if Vendor has been advised
of the possibility of such claims or demands; and this limitation
is intended to apply to all Customers family members, guests, invitees,
and other visitors to the Customers premises. Under no circumstance
shall Vendor be held liable for loss or damage that may incurred by
the Customer due to Fire, Burglary, or robbery where Vendor products
have been installed by the Customer and or his agent nor from any
damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, purchaser modification,
reimbursement for Customer installation time or acts of God. The laws
of the State of South Carolina shall govern all transactions between
the Customer and Vendor; and that any dispute or litigation with respect
to transaction shall take place exclusively in the State of South
Carolina.
